Cancellation & Modification Policy

Applicable to all reservations

Rate Types

1. Free Cancellation Rate

•        Free cancellation more than 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date — full refund.

•        Cancellation within 24–48 hours before check-in: one night's room charge will be deducted.

•        Same-day cancellation or no-show: the full reservation amount will be charged.

2. Non-Refundable Rate

•        Reservations booked at this rate cannot be cancelled or modified under any circumstances.

•        The full amount is charged at the time of booking and is strictly non-refundable.

Group Bookings (5+ Rooms)

•        Group reservations are non-refundable.

•        Modifications are permitted only if requested at least 20 days before the scheduled arrival date.

•        Requests made within 20 days of arrival cannot be accommodated.

Refunds

•        Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

•        Cash payments are refunded via bank transfer.

•        Refunds are issued in Saudi Riyals (SAR), regardless of the original payment currency.

Modifications

•        Date and room-type changes are subject to availability and may result in a rate change.

•        Please contact us as early as possible to request any modification.

•        Modifications to Non-Refundable Rate bookings are not permitted.

Early Departure

Guests checking out earlier than their reserved date will be charged for the nights actually stayed plus one additional night, unless waived by management.

How to Cancel

Contact us by phone or email with your booking reference number. A cancellation confirmation will be sent to you by email.
